So yeah Friday night was enjoyable. Squishy, smoky, loud, but with the company of friends and family, it was made more
INTIMATE and bearable XD Liked special appearances from Jn^2, the TIMtam, and of course, ex-Kangaroos players in Glenn Archer and Leigh Colbert :O . Some photos...

Like every other week this YEAR,
this week has FLOWN by pretty quick. Someone pinch me - is it really nearly
JUNE!!!
So this week's events included bonding with Michelle and other nurses at
six east, treating a lady who was just diagnosed with motor neuron disease, walking laps with this 93-year-old absolute gun, teaching a Malaysian/Singaporean man how to stand again after SDH/EDH post-fall-hit-head-on-ground, hitting it off with the registrar and OT student and finally, helping to use a standing frame.
One more week of the Neuro ward then I am OUTTA Austin Hospital forever and onto Repat!! But firstly, taking it day by day...and tomorrow just happens to be the twenty-eighth of May two-thousand-and-ten. Oh, it's my birthday :) And Kylie Minogue's too. (Y)
LOVES THIS.
$1.08 million pay day (Y). WINNNNNN :)
And HARRY, be there - WEDNESDAY, pls.
Congrats bro. :) Proud of ya. Now I want to graduate.
So just as we finish another block,
another is just about to begin. I think I'm slowly getting used to this working life - I'm realising it's so important to keep rewarding yourself, to keep your mind
SANE, to keep re-FRESHed. There has to be things to look forward to, things that will keep you grounded and let you know that yes, life does have to be
lived, not worked at or earned for. Finding a
balance has become something of importance.
In light of that, Sat afternoon was spent at IELTS - first time in a month. Again good to see familiar faces and feel a part of a little team. Snuck out just before five then readied myself for Mel's 21st. Actually turned up an hour early HAHA but helped out anyway! Had a good night and wished it went for a bit longer!
You know what? It's very fun celebrating everyone's birthday but I actually want to celebrate mine now hahahaha....seems like a long time coming...
So yesterday night was a pretty
epic night, right guys? Heh heh. Truly loved every minute of it! And I hope she did too :P Thought everyone looked pretty hot as, and the balloons, photobooth, slideshow was all fantastically done! Speech time - whoa - I was nervous LOL. But apart from a few stutters I think there were some half laughs here and there and small smiles as well so hopefully it wasn't too boring. KEK was amazing. :O Then more foods at Coconut House and finally sleepies at Quest at like 3am in queen? bed divided by three!
PHOTOS.
Smexy ladies giving speeches
